1. You must be a fan of Chiba Mamoru & ChibiUsa.

2. You must have a working e-mail.

3. You must indicate your country. Example: United States, Japan, Finland... etc

4. You do not need a website to join.

5. If you do have a website, you must link to the fanlisting. The code must be up before joining I will check to see if you have the code up the day you submit (or shortly after). Please don't make it hard to find. If you don't have a code up and linked back to this site you will be listed but your URL will not.

6. If your site contains racism, hate, homophobia, pornography. You will be listed but your URL will not.

7. ABSOLUTELY NO DIRECT LINKING! When using the buttons provided save them to your own computer and upload them to your own server. DO NOT direct link to Anything on this site! If I find you are indeed direct linking you will be placed on my Black List on my main site Usagi and Mamoru's Universe (dot) com for EVERYONE to see!!!

First names or nicknames are fine, but please, no unreasonably long names, and or special characters like Moon_Babe*~99_2 or X_dArIeN_iS_hOt_X. If you do, I will change it :)
